Yes, Toshiba makes copiers, but they are much more than that.
With the addition of Digital Signage Services (DSS) to their portfolio, Toshiba is able to offer businesses a master plan that allows them to communicate smarter. Historically successful at communicating with IT and Finance departments, Toshiba had to now find a way to connect to marketing departments with its broadening reach into DSS. And we needed to break through a clutter of sameness of the other hardware companies.
To do this we rebranded Toshiba from a company selling copiers and signs to a solutions company. Accompanying this was bold and clever visual language that helped tell Toshiba's new "Managed by Masters" story clearly and directly through a dynamic website, print, mobile, and digital ads. We even went as far as developing in-office posters to help spread the word from within.
