Based in Orange County, Citizen's Choice Health Plan (CCHP) offers a network that serves the Medicare and Medicare/Medi-Cal populations of Los Angeles, Northern Orange County, San Bernadino, Riverside, Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Santa Clara.
As a new plan, CCHP needed an identity. Our team not only developed the branding elements, but also executed it throughout the website and newsletter.
